Delivery & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We apply free shipping to orders over $45. Orders under $45 incur a flat rate of $4.50.

What if I am not home to recieve my order?

We send all orders out with authorisation to leave at the address given. If you have specific notes for the courier on where you would like your cartons left, ie: at the back door, please make a note in the delivery notes section of your order.

If you wish to ensure the items are received by someone at the time of delivery, please have the order delivered to a place of work or other address where someone will be available to sign for the order.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Delivery time in the North Island is usually overnight for orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday and 2-4 days for orders placed Friday to Sunday or to the South Island. Rural Deliveries may take a day or two longer.

Please note that if your order is placed during a sale period, dispatch can be delayed by a couple of days due to high volumes.

Can I track my order?

All products are dispatched via track and trace courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress. Please note that data may be limited with rural deliveries.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Sorry, we currently only ship within NZ. Australian and US deliveries are coming soon. Please join our mailing list to receive updates on availability in your country.

My order has not arrived. Now what?

If your orders hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at hello@coaqua.co with your order details so that we can help track it down. If lost in transit, we will happily refund or ship another order at no cost.

How do I earn reward points?

To earn reward points, you first need to have an account on our store.

Please sign up for an account. Once you have an account you can then earn reward points by placing orders and completing any of the actions in our earning section for bonus points.

How to Spend Points?

You can spend your points on any order you place through our store, once you have earned enough points to exchange for a coupon code.

Please make sure you are logged in first! Then enter that Coupon Code in your Shopping Cart screen. Your Rewards Coupon discount will be applied to your order.

How are Review Points Rewarded?

We reward you reward points for placing reviews on any of our products in our store. Once you have submitted a review please wait for us to check the review so we can approve it. Once approved you will be rewarded points.

How many times can I share on Social Media?

You can share on social media our products or pages as many times as you would like. However we can only offer rewards for the first 10 times you share on social media.

How long will my Reward Points last?

Your points will remain valid as long as you have have an account with our store

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We stand by our drinks! If you are in any way not happy with your purchase and the product is still within the best before date please get in touch with us to arrange a refund or replacement, applied at our discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the expiry date and batch number.
Often, we would like the product back for further analysis. Please have your bottle or purchase available for pick up by pre-arranged courier, if applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you find your package has arrived damaged. eg. broken bottles, Please take clear photos of the breakages and email us directly at hello@littleelephant.co

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a direct debit will be made to the bank account of your choosing. Do not get in touch with the retailer.

When can I expect my refund?

Please expect up to 15 days for your refund to be posted to your account in the original method of payment. We’re grateful for your patience.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (including ApplePay and Afterpay). For credit cards, allow up to 10 additional business days. Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser.
